Our work is really fragile, so to protect the products you just ordered we only use insured shipping. So even if something breaks during transit, you are not liable, we are!
We do ask to check the parcel no later than 72h after receiving it since we can not claim damaged goods after that period.

So sorry to hear that! Send us an e-mail ASAP so we can send you a new product or wire you your money back if the product is out of stock
